Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• For returns due to reasons other than product quality, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of intentional damage or misuse.
